Our grip socks are designed to be washed and worn often. They work hard for you! To ensure longevity, we recommend washing your Arch Grip Socks in cold water inside-out. Avoid the dryer if possible.

Additionally, we work with shipping partners who offer carbon-neutral shipping options, offsetting the emissions produced during transportation. Right now, we ship with FedEx. Some large orders within Canada may be couriered depending on size and quantity.

All orders are shipped from our Calgary shipping centre within 1 - 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the FedEx tracking number. Please email info@archsocks.com for any shipping-related questions.

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, please get reach out to Arch for a refund if applicable at info@archsocks.com and a member of our team will be in touch shortly to assist. We work hard to ensure that all products are quality checked. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it for you at no extra cost. Please reach out to us to begin the process. Proof will be required.
